Shipping Policy

At VISHINE, We ship orders within the Philippines only. We use trusted courier partners such as J&T Express and LBC to ensure your orders are being delivered safely. Once your orders are placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. We take pride in shipping out quickly! 
 

The delivery time depends on the customers location. For orders shipping in Luzon, delivery takes 1-3 business days after shipment. For Visayas and Mindanao please allow 7-8 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

We also offer same-day delivery within Metro Manila via GrabExpress or Lalamove. If you need your items urgently, just choose this option at checkout or contact us directly through customer service. 

 

Enjoy free standard shipping nationwide for orders ₱2,000 and above. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

 

In case of delivery issues such as delays, lost, or damaged packages, we’re here to help. Refunds and replacements will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which you can read separately.
