We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond that time, orders are considered final and will be processed for shipping.

While we do our best to display our products accurately, colors may slightly vary due to differences in lighting, monitor settings, and photography. Product sizes are hand-measured, so small variations may occur. For ceramic items, please note that minor imperfections such as small cavities, glaze inconsistencies, bubbles, or black spots may naturally occur due to the handmade process. These do not affect product quality and are not considered defects.

VISHINE reserves the right to cancel any order or limit quantities, especially during flash sales or promotional events, in cases of inventory limitations or pricing errors.

All product prices displayed include 12% VAT, which is automatically applied during checkout.
