Refund Policy

At VISHINE, we do our best to ensure every order arrives safely and in excellent condition. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

 

We accept returns or refund requests within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

 

  • Damaged or broken items upon arrival

  • Wrong item delivered

 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to change of mind, so please double-check your order before checking out.

 

To request a return or refund, we require clear proof of the issue, preferably including an unboxing video and photos of the damage. Because many of our products are fragile ceramics, we take packaging seriously. 

If your item arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund. If we sent the wrong item, we will gladly send a replacement after you return the incorrect item to us. Return shipping is fully covered by us in these cases, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Please note, we cannot accept returns on used items or items that are missing original packaging.
